Our upscale restaurant in St. Petersburg is seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu of authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality food and service. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1100$, plus potential for bonuses based on performance.

Requirements:
- Must be a native Indian or have extensive experience working with Indian cuisine
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and train kitchen staff
- In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques
- Ability to create unique and innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
