Facade TechnicianJob Description:
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Utena. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of building facades. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct repairs on existing facades, including replacing damaged panels and fixing leaks.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on facades to identify any potential issues.
- Use specialized equipment such as scaffolding and lifts to access building facades safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights.
- Communicate with clients about project progress and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facade Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of facade construction methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately.
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
