We are in need of an experienced Barista to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages
- Ensure quality control and consistency in every drink served
- Take and fulfill customer orders with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
