Barista - Coffee Shop (Sofia, Bulgaria)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in the vibrant city of Sofia, Bulgaria. Our ideal candidate is a Canadian national who is fluent in English and has a passion for making delicious coffee drinks. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take their orders accurately
- Ensure all drink orders are made to the customer's specifications and within a timely manner
- Maintain proper stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide recommendations on menu items to customers

Requirements:
- Canadian national with fluency in English (Bulgarian language skills are an asset)
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food/beverage industry preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
