Egyptian Chef

We are searching for an experienced Egyptian Chef to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Egyptian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Egyptian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create authentic Egyptian recipes
- Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications
- Ensure all food is of high quality and presented in an appealing manner
- Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising their work
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to create new menu items or specials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Egyptian Chef or similar role
- Proficient in preparing traditional Egyptian dishes such as koshari, kebabs, and ful medames
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to speak English fluently

Salary:
We are offering a salary of $1500 per month for this position.
