As a Loader/Unloader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading goods from trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the warehouse. This position is perfect for individuals without experience who are looking to gain hands-on knowledge in the logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment
- Check and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain inventory control by carefully organizing and storing goods within the warehouse
- Operate forklifts or other machinery as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Team player with good communication skills
- Indian or Nepali nationality preferred
