Restaurant Manager - Las Vegas, USA
A well-established restaurant in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track record of managing successful restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high-quality service and food standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and ensure consistency in food quality
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Manage budget and financial targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in previous roles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
Education:
A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week, plus bonus opportunities based on performance.
