As an Indian Chef in El-Ain, Egypt, you will be responsible for creating and preparing traditional Indian dishes for our restaurant. You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality and authentic food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked in a timely manner
- Monitor food stock levels and inform management when ingredients need to be restocked
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Work closely with servers to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food
- Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with both kitchen staff and servers
- Good physical condition to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
