Facade Technician



As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of building facades in Wiltz. You will use your expertise in construction and engineering to ensure that facades are built to meet safety standards and aesthetic requirements. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will be essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain building facades, including windows, doors, cladding, and curtain walls
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure and cut materials accurately
- Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of facades
- Repair any damages or defects in facades
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification or degree in construction or engineering is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a facade technician or similar role
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations related to facade installation
- Knowledge of different facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, etc.
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights
- Good communication skills

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Wiltz. While Canadians are preferred for this position, it is open to all nationalities who meet the requirements.
