Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat or phone
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the online platform
- Guide customers through the online platform and assist with any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience on the platform

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and internet navigation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or online support roles
- Knowledge of multiple languages
