We are hiring a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve business processes. Your role will involve working closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess data and identify relevant features
- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems
- Conduct research on new techniques and technologies in machine learning
- Communicate technical ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, deep learning, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
