We are currently hiring a Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Bungoma. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining various factory machines, as well as a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of our factory machines, while also identifying and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain factory machines according to established procedures
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during operations
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating factory machines preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position. This is a full-time role with the possibility of overtime hours. Applicants must be Filipino citizens or have a valid work permit for Bungoma. Please note that this is not an English-speaking job, so proficiency in English is not required.
