Factory Machine Operator

We are a manufacturing company located in Bungoma, seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our factory. Your duties will include monitoring machine operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality production. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery in a factory setting
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality production
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
