Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Create documentation for common issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex problems
- Communicate effectively with clients of varying technical abilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Availability for occasional on-call support outside of regular business hours
