Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide insights and recommendations to our company. You will work closely with various departments to identify business needs and develop strategies for improving efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and tools to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven recommendations
- Continuously monitor data quality and make necessary improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics or related role
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python or other programming languages
- Experience working with databases such as Oracle or MySQL
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information quickly
- Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Our company offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position but part-time opportunities may be considered.
