As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to clients and customers, addressing their questions and concerns through various online platforms. Your role will involve understanding the needs of clients, providing them with personalized solutions and recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions and identifying opportunities for improvement in our online processes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual assistance to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Understand the needs of clients and provide personalized solutions and recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients
- Identify opportunities for improvement in our online processes
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Proficient in using various online tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
