Architectural Technologist for Sheduva Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our firm based in the beautiful city of Sheduva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing architectural plans, conducting site surveys, and overseeing the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and designs
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Create accurate 3D models and drawings using CAD software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva (open to all nationalities)
