Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation, development, and implementation of architectural designs and plans. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and a solid understanding of building codes and regulations. You will work closely with architects and engineers to bring their vision to life while ensuring all designs are functional, safe, and cost-effective. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, and excellent communication skills. This position is open to all nationalities with a valid visa.

Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Sheduva, Canada
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of architectural designs and plans
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to understand project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Utilize design software such as AutoCAD to create detailed drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Prepare construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, etc.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology/software

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
