Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Siauliai, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on site at all times
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and materials used
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English is required
