Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Las Vegas. This role requires the operation and maintenance of various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment and possess knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks
- Keep accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:
- Experience in construction or related field
- Familiarity with GPS systems for equipment navigation
