Architectural Designer

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for a variety of projects. You must have a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction methods. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and goals
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to stakeholders for feedback
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using appropriate software
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
