Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and creation of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. You will work closely with our senior designers and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and creation of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with senior designers to produce innovative and functional design solutions
- Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Prepare presentations and visual aids to communicate design concepts
- Participate in project meetings and site visits as needed
- Work within project timelines and budgets
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an architectural designer or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Las Vegas or surrounding areas
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software

We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time role. This position is open to all nationalities; however, candidates must be fluent in English.
