Turner - Metal Machinist

We are in search of a skilled Turner/Metal Machinist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining metalworking machinery to create precision metal components according to engineering specifications. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and computer-controlled machinery, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations
- Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and adjust machinery as needed to ensure quality production
- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or Metal Machinist
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of various types of metalworking machinery and their functions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Los Angeles, USA (Filipino nationals preferred)
