Administrator - Contract Position in Washington, DC, USA
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, DC. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other correspondence
- Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Update and maintain databases and records
- Provide general support to colleagues as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1000$ per month.
Location:
This position is located in Washington, DC. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, preference will be given to Pakistani candidates who are legally eligible to work in the USA.
