Commercial Architect

Our architecture firm in Las Vegas is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles. You must also possess excellent design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent design skills with an eye for detail
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed
