We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office complexes, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative designs that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and create design solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and identify any potential issues.
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
