Experienced Mason in Bungoma, Nepal


We are hiring an experienced Mason to join our team in Bungoma, Nepal. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing various structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and other materials. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as a Mason and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or drawings to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares or chalk lines
- Cut or break bricks and concrete blocks to desired sizes using hand tools or power tools
- Mix mortar or grout according to standard formulas
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks or other types of masonry units in horizontal rows, courses, or layers
- Repair cracks and other damages on existing structures
- Ensure that all work is done according to safety standards and building codes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Mason
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, etc.
- Strong knowledge of different types of masonry units and their uses
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
