Land Surveyor for Construction Projects in Mombasa, Kenya

We are a construction company in Mombasa, Kenya seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for our construction projects. This position is open to all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Record and analyze survey data to provide accurate measurements and calculations
- Create maps, charts, and reports based on survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy of project plans
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of all survey data and documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a land surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of land surveying software and equipment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
