We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and software
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in the data
- Create visualizations of data findings for presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems (SQL)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (accommodation provided)
