Office Assistant in Jerusalem
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and scheduling appointments. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and assisting them with their inquiries
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when necessary
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic records
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and payments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
