Office Assistant - Indian Nationals
Our company in Jerusalem is seeking a highly motivated and efficient office assistant from India to join our team. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining records
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office staff
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office supplies and equipment
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid work permit in Jerusalem
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
