Hotel Sales Manager - Malindi, Kenya


We are currently hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Malindi, Kenya. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with experience in sales management within the hotel industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare sales reports and present them to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales management or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the hotel industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred
