Entry Level Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and talented Entry Level Web Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a web designer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function. You will work closely with our development team to bring our clients' visions to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field but with a passion for web design. No English language skills are required, and we provide free visa and ticket for candidates from India. Accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities:
- Designing visually appealing websites that are user-friendly
- Collaborating with developers and clients to understand project requirements
- Creating website layouts using HTML/CSS or other design tools
- Incorporating graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements into websites
- Ensuring website responsiveness across all devices
- Troubleshooting website issues and implementing solutions
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory and typography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
