Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring waiters/waitresses for our restaurant in Chelyabinsk. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong work ethic. This position is suitable for Indian nationals, and no knowledge of English is required. Previous experience is not necessary as we will provide training.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cash handling procedures accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work permit or visa to work in Chelyabinsk
- No previous experience required, but some customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
