Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Akron. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. This is a contract position, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry
- Ensure all rooms are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Change bed linens and make beds
- Organize closets and other living spaces as needed
- Communicate with clients to ensure their specific needs are met
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Must be physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds if necessary

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, USA (preference for local candidates)
