Entry-Level Accountant for a Construction Company in Siauliai, Lithuania

As an entry-level accountant for our construction company in Siauliai, Lithuania, your main responsibility will be to assist our senior accountant with daily financial tasks. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior accountant with recording and reconciling financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle any other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience or knowledge of accounting principles is preferred but not required
