Housekeeping Supervisor
We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping staff in Malindi. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, excellent communication skills in English, and be able to work independently. This position is suitable for male candidates with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness standards are met
- Create and maintain cleaning schedules for all areas of the property
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
- Address any guest complaints or requests promptly and effectively
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all housekeeping staff

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have own visa to work in Malindi
