We are in search of a skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas within our hotel in Umm-Said, Nepal. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be expected to lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction with housekeeping services
- Train and supervise a team of housekeepers to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all rooms are up to standard before guest arrival
- Handle guest complaints or requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of housekeeping expenses, including labor costs, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, usage, disposal methods
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects

Salary: $1100/month

City: Umm-Said, Nepal
