Senior Architect - Contract Position in Vilnius


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis in Vilnius. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and budget constraints
- Oversee the construction phase of projects, providing guidance to contractors and ensuring quality control
- Manage a team of architects, assigning tasks and providing mentorship as needed
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and potential future projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into project designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This position is located in Vilnius.
