Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet all client requirements and adhere to industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. They must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept development to construction
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications according to client needs
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Review project designs for accuracy and feasibility
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software programs
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
