Administrator for Contract Position in Bungoma, Canada
We are currently hiring for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Bungoma, Canada. This position is ideal for freshers or individuals looking for a contract job without accommodation. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- Canadian nationality or valid work permit
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant parties
- Responding to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Coordinating meetings and appointments, as well as taking meeting minutes when required
- Assisting with data entry and organizing documents
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
