Office Administrator
We are currently hiring for the position of Office Administrator for our company based in Bungoma, Pakistan. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in administrative roles and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's daily administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and prepare reports as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow within the company
- Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant records
- Provide support to HR department by maintaining employee records and handling confidential information
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required by management
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
