Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company in Bungoma. Your primary duties will include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating with other departments, and handling customer inquiries. You will also assist in creating, organizing and maintaining various documents and reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English. You should also possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools is essential for this position. Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, we offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month to our employees. This position is suitable for men who are self-motivated, detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently.
