We are a well-established bakery in Mombasa, seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of delicious pastries, desserts, and breads. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of baked goods including pastries, desserts, and breads
- Develop new recipes and techniques to keep our menu fresh and exciting
- Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and principles
- Strong creativity and ability to develop unique recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
$1600 per month
