We are a well-established construction company based in Washington and we are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks, move materials around the job site, and assist with general construction duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader and other heavy equipment according to safety regulations and company policies
- Load materials onto trucks and transport them around the job site
- Assist with general construction duties such as digging, backfilling, and grading
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient operations and safety protocols are followed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Loader Operator in the construction industry
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, and bulldozers
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
