Indian Chef in Bungoma
We are searching for a skilled Indian Chef to join our team in Bungoma. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and our restaurant's standards. Your main duties will include planning menus, ordering ingredients, and supervising kitchen staff.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for Indian cuisine and at least 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team are also essential. You should have knowledge of various spices, herbs, and ingredients used in Indian cooking, as well as the ability to create unique dishes with a modern twist.
Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of food safety regulations and be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. You must also be able to work under pressure during busy periods and be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
