Sales Representative


We are a leading retail company in Ufa, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers, while providing excellent customer service. This position is open to Indians looking for full-time employment without the need for English proficiency or prior experience.

Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell products to customers in-store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the store clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but open to all nationalities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales experience is not mandatory
- Ability to work full-time on a flexible schedule including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
