Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Ufa. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to potential customers in Ufa
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Prepare sales reports and attend team meetings to discuss sales strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role in the sales industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Ufa
