Baker - Moscow, Russia (Filipino Candidates Preferred)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes and company standards.

Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and toppings for various baked goods
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing machines
- Roll, cut, shape, and decorate dough to create different types of breads and pastries
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are properly cooked and have the right texture and color
- Decorate finished products with glazes or icings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area as well as equipment
- Order necessary ingredients and supplies to maintain inventory levels

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience working as a Baker in a bakery or similar environment
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Filipino nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
