Baker for Indian Bakery in Moscow


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our Indian bakery in Moscow. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to showcase their skills in a new and exciting environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise junior bakers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker, preferably in an Indian bakery setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good time-management skills
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be physically fit as this job requires standing for long periods of time
